  1. BSR cells, full-length NS2 cell lines (induced and uninduced) and two cell lines expressing NS2 fragments were infected with BTV-10 at MOI of 0.1. Released and intracellular virus titres at 24 h p.i were monitored by plaque assay. The values given here are an average of three different sets of plaque assay data.
