The time courses of the exonuclease and endonuclease activities of HerA-NurA complexes on dsDNA. The assay was performed in 20 μl reaction mixture as described in the Methods. The reactions were stopped at the indicating times by the addition of 5× loading buffer and putting the tubes on ice.
