C/EBPδ and C/EBPδ target gene mRNA levels are increased in confluent, G 0 growth arrested mouse mammary epithelial cells. Growing HC11 cells were maintained at ~50% confluence in CGM; confluent HC11 cells were grown to confluence and maintained in CGM for 48 hours. Real Time PCR analysis was performed using the LightCycler 480 Real Time PCR System. The gene specific primers are presented in Table 3. Real Time PCR data is normalized to the GAPDH control.
