Both geNorm (A) and Normfinder (B) were used to order the housekeeping genes according to three axes, corresponding to the three series of culture conditions/treatments. The position of each gene in the 3-D graph indicates its suitability as a reference gene. The front bottom position corresponds to the most stable gene, the far top position to the most regulated gene. Note the different scales on the axes.
