Transactivation of bicoid -Tk-luc reporter in lens and corneal cells by wild-type and mutant PITX3. After normalization to β-galactosidase activity, the data are presented as luciferase values observed in co-transfections of bicoid-Tk-luc with various PITX3 forms relative to the activity of same reporter with empty vector only (pcDNA3.1).
