How is the match found for a given sequence? Do you connect the program to a database of restriction enzymes? I couldnt find the description in Methods.

Whatever be the approach to find a match, I feel the need to connect a restriction enzyme database to compute the ideal enzyme and an ideal insert.

As I see, one possible approache would allow the user to select an enzyme and then look for a match that retains the amino-acid sequence (using degeneracy).
