Growth at different temperatures of yeast expressing TRZ1, trz1-537 or trz1-538 alleles on media with various carbon sources added. Yeast bearing TRZ1 alleles integrated at the LEU2 locus [YL13-01 (WT), YL13-02 (tr1-537) and YL13-03 (trz1-538)] were serially diluted and spotted onto SC-LEU with different sugars added. Plates were incubated at RT (upper), 30°C (middle) and 37°C (lower).
