Cells were transfected with a non-targeting control (A,B,C) and with miR-128 (D,E,F); morphological changes (rounded bodies, shorter neurites and smaller cell size) were observed in cells transfected with miR-128. B. Cells were transfected with a non-silencing control (A,B) and with an siRNA directed against the truncated isoform of NTRK3 (C,D). The morphology of cells transfected with the siRNA resembles that of cells transfected with miR-128.
