Locations of Ψs in C. elegans U5 and U6 snRNAs. The methods are the same as described in Fig. 1, but the primers used were specific for U5 or U6 snRNAs and the template for the sequencing reaction was the C. elegans U5 pGEMT or U6 pGEMT clones. Panel A shows the results with the U5RevB primer. Panel B shows the results of using a primer (U6RevB) that was specific for U6 snRNA and the template for the sequencing reaction was the C. elegans U6 pGEMT clone.
