Induction of exogenous FLAG•Trz1p. A. Growth of YL09-02 was initiated in raffinose complete medium. After overnight growth at 30°C, the culture was diluted with raffinose complete medium to O.D. 0.2–2.3 at 600 nm, grown to O.D. 0.4, then induced in exponential growth phase with 2% galactose for varying periods of time before processing for Western blot. B. YPH499 and YL10-04 were grown as described above and induced with 2% galactose for 4 hours before harvesting for Western blot. Arrow indicates FLAG•Trz1p.
