Slopes determined by least-squares regression of the combined data for each time point are shown for each data group within the panels. A broken reference line showing slope -1 passes through the peak 1 data group for each time point. Figure 5C. Slope determinations are plotted for samples throughout the time course. Slopes were measured as in Figure 5B; each point represents an independent measurement.
