Multi-alignment of the amino acid sequences of partial terrestrial plant FPS. PnFPS, PgFPS, EsFPS, PqFPS, and GpFPS represent farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase cloned from Panax notoginseng, Panax ginseng, Eleutherococcus senticosus, Panax quinquefolium, and Gynostemma pentaphyllum, respectively.
