C/EBPδ and C/EBPδ target gene mRNA levels are expressed in confluent, G 0 growth arrested human mammary epithelial cells. Growing MCF-10A cells were maintained at ~50% confluence in CGM; confluent MCF-10A cells were grown to confluence and maintained in CGM for 48 hours. Real Time PCR analysis was performed using the LightCycler 480 Real Time PCR System. The gene specific human primers pairs are presented in Table 3.
