Quantitative real-time PCR analysis of ms1 gene expression during the myogenic differentiation of C2C12 cells. (A) Total RNA was isolated from C2C12 sub-confluent myoblasts (MB) and myotubes (MT: 3 days post differentiation). The RNA was subjected to reverse transcription followed by quantitative PCR with mouse ms1 and EF1α specific primers. (B) Total RNA was isolated from C2C12 cells during myogenic differentiation (day 0 to day 3) and subjected to quantitative PCR. Expression level at day 0 was arbitrarily set at 1.
