For IP, cytosolic cell-free extracts from epimastigotes (Input) were incubated with preimmune serum and anti-Tc UBP1 or anti-Tc RBP3 antibodies. RNA extracted from immunoprecipitated mRNP complexes was used to perform RT-PCR and to construct a cDNA library. B) Detection of proteins was done by Western blot employing specific antibodies.
