Immunoprecipitation of the BTV proteins in NS2 cell lines. Immunoprecipitation of BTV-10 proteins in NS2 cell lines; WT-NS2 (A), ΔNS2-1 (B) and ΔNS2-2 (C) were infected with BTV-10 and the lysates were precipitated by a polyclonal BTV antisera. The names of the fractions and post chase times are indicated at the top of the panel. Note the early virus release in ΔNS2-1 cells in compared to that of the other two cell lines as indicated by arrows.
