Nucleotide sequence alignment of the 80 novel non-identical sequences obtained by PCR with hybrid primers and Agelena sequences (sequence identifiers start with "AY" and correspond to their GenBank entries' names), obtained using EST based approach (as described in [6]). The branch length indicates the extent of sequence similarity.
