Synchronization of fission yeast cells by release from G2 arrest into HU. Three isogenic fission yeast strains – JLP1164 (cdc25-22; green), JLP1257 (cdc25-22 cds1 Δ; blue), and JLP1260 (cdc25-22 rad3 Δ; red) were arrested in G2 phase, then released (at time 0) into the cell cycle in the presence of 15 mM HU.
