Relative expression levels of the alternative first exons 1a, 1b, 1c, 1e, 1f and exon 3–4 in human heart, skeletal muscle, liver, adipose tissue, placenta, spinal cord, cerebrum, HepG2 cells, THP-1 cells and monocytes. Expression levels of the target exons were normalized to expression levels of RPLP0 and calibrated with the expression level of the corresponding exon in the heart sample.
