The luciferase activity is expressed in RLU / mg protein. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. Fresh organs were weighted and the mean value is expressed in grams / 100 grams body weight. The muscle mass was estimated from the human situation as 40% of total body mass. The bone marrow was previously measured.
