Weak mRNA and protein signals was detected in 40 dah and 60 dah ovaries and 110 dah and 150 dah testes (C, E, I, K, O, Q, R and T). Strong signals were found in premeiotic germ cells in 50 dah ovaries and 130 dah testes (D, J, P and S). The positive signal corresponds to the brownish color (R).
