Analysis of importance of sequences present in +745 to +905 bp of ZFP36 promoter fragment. (A) The potential transcription factor binding sites identified in analyzed promoter fragment by Alibaba 2.1 and TRANSFAC 6.0 programs are shown. (B) MCF-7 cells were co-transfected with ZFP36 wild type or ZFP36 with mutation in ETS-3 (dETS-3), ETS-4 (dETS-4), ETS-5(dETS-5) or EBS6 (dEBS6) and 50 ng of pElk-VP16. 24 hrs after transfection luciferase activity was measured.
