From: EGF activates TTP expression by activation of ELK-1 and EGR-1 transcription factors
Activation of ZFP36 promoter by Elk-VP16. A series of deletion mutants of ZFP36 promoter was cloned and co-transfected into MCF-7 cells with/without 50 ng pElkVP16. 24 hrs after transfection cells were harvested and luciferase activity was measured.
