  1. Every female (w/w) was crossed to a few males of Canton-S strain (w+ /Y). The numbers of total eggs laid and the pupae subsequently generated were scored. Fertility was calculated by dividing the number of pupae (representing viable eggs) by the number of total eggs. Transgenes are indicated as Vector name{gene, insertion #}.
