  1. * The amount of mRNA from each copy of the plant SPO11 transgene in Drosophila ovaries was normalized by the amount of mRNA from the RP49 gene. The average value with SD for each of the relative levels of transcripts was obtained from three samples, each containing 5~10 ovaries.
