Tethering Stau2 to the 3'-UTR increases mRNA levels in a Upf1-independent manner in 293F cells. (A) 293F-GFP-8xMS2bs cells were transfected with siUpf1 or a siNC. At 24 h after transfection, the cells were transfected with an expression plasmid for either MS2 or MS2-Stau2. At 72 h after the plasmid transfection, the cells were harvested and analyzed by Western blotting.
