GRP receptor mediates BBS-stimulated PGE ₂ release and COX-2 expression. A) PC-3 cells were pre-treated with BIM26226 (1 μM) for 30 min and then incubated with or without 10 nM of BBS over a time course. The amount of PGE₂ released into the culture media was assessed by enzyme-linked immunoassay (Methods). The data was normalized to total cellular protein per well.
