Relative expression levels of tilapia Sox30 isoforms in gonad of control and sex reversed adult tilapia by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results were expressed as mean values ± S.E.M. from five individual fish (*P < 0.01 significantly different as compared with the respective control by one-way ANOVA). Iso is the abbreviation of isoform. XX (♂), XX male; XY (♀), XY female; XY (♀) fish, male-to-female sex reversal induced by 17β-estradiol (E2); XX (♂) fish, female-to-male sex reversal induced by tamoxifen (TAM).
