ALCAM-induced clustering of K562 cells is PKC-dependant. Chelerythrine chloride dose-dependently inhibits the formation of clusters of K562-ALCAM. B) Photomicrographs of preformed K562-ALCAM clusters treated with a concentration (5-20 μM) range of chelerythrine chloride or DMSO (vehicle). Chelerythrine chloride dose-dependently disaggregates pre-formed clusters. Cultures were photographed using Olympus IX50 microscope (Olympus Optical Co. Ltd. Japan).
