The X-axis denotes the nucleotide distance between alternative and dominant splice sites. Alternative 3' splice sites upstream from the dominant splice site (red line) denote as negative, those downstream are positive. Pink dashed line denotes the alternative splices within ten nucleotides of the dominant site.
