The doses of siRNA used in the experiments were 0 nmol/L, 1 nmol/L, 10 nmol/L and 50 nmol/L. C and D. Time-dependent inhibitory effect of siRNA. The time points were 15 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours at a siRNA dose of 10 nmol/L. The maximum inhibitory effect of siRNA-4 was observed at 24 hours. (*P < 0.01 or **P < 0.05). The results represent values derived from three independent experiments.
