The inhibitory effect of four pairs of siRNAs on HO-1 mRNA. Four pairs of double-strand siRNAs were transfected into BRL cell for 24 hours. rHO-1 mRNA levels were analyzed by RT-PCR and were found to be reduced by more than 75% by siRNA-4, 57% by siRNA-1, and 42% by siRNA-2. siRNA-3 did not exhibit any significant inhibitory effect.
