  1. Western blots were performed using two antibodies specific to domains 1 and 2 of the uPAR protein respectively (Figure 9). The main proteins observed in each cell or tissue type with each antibody are summarised. Approximate molecular weights of bands are shown (kDa), with weaker bands shown in brackets and the strongest band in bold. Potential splice variants for each molecular weight are also shown.
