For each time point and packaging condition, the graph shows the % of X-gal positive cells at 4 days (mean number of X-gal positive cells at 2 weeks, or 1, 2, or 3 months after gene transfer divided by the mean number of positive cells at 4 days (× 100); calculated using the data in Table 1).
