In vivo interaction of Erp, Rv1417 and Rv2617c. E. coli BTH 101 cells were transformed with the plasmids described in the figure and plated in M63 medium supplemented with lactose. Colonies were counted after five days of culture. Triplicate plates were prepared. The bars represent the mean number of colonies ± S.D. *Significantly different (P < 0.05) from the value of negative controls as calculated by the Student's t test.
