The forward and reverse primers used for RT-PCR amplification of the full length cDNA from mRNA are underlined. A cysteine residue (Cys82) is shown in grey background, which has been suggested to be part of the active site in a Z. ramigera 3-oxoacyl-CoA thiolase.
