Lack of Hsf4 induced a more severe phenotype in heterozygous and homozygous rncat mice. (B) The mRNA levels of γS-crystallin in the Hsf+/+, rncat/rncat, Hsf4-/-/rncat/rncat, and Hsf4-/-/rncat/+ mice were analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.
